| Discontinued and Unsupported Products |

A key goal of product support at Thought Communications is to deliver the
highest quality of support possible to our customers. To do so, it becomes necessary to
cease support for products that have reached the end of their life cycle. By doing so, we
can focus on providing you with the best possible support for the latest FaxTalk products.
Support for FaxTalk products is provided for 6 months after the release of the next major
version of the product or the discontinuation of the product, whichever occurs first. As a result, the
following FaxTalk products are no longer eligible for technical support:
