FaxTalk End Of Life (EOL) Announcement
The FaxTalk Messenger Pro 7.5 Multiline Edition software has entered End Of Life (EOL).
A key goal of product support at Thought Communications is to deliver the highest quality of support
possible to our customers. To do so, it becomes necessary to cease support for products that have reached
the end of their life cycle. By doing so, we can focus on providing you with the best possible support for
the latest FaxTalk products.
In accordance with the FaxTalk Software End Of Life (EOL) policy, the
FaxTalk Messenger Pro 7.5 Multiline Edition software entered End Of Service (EOS) on July 02, 2009 and
EOL on January 02, 2010.
As of January 02, 2010 direct technical support for the
FaxTalk Messenger Pro 7.5 Multiline Edition software is no longer offered.
Users of FaxTalk Messenger Pro 7.5 Multiline Edition are encouraged to upgrade to FaxTalk Multiline Server 8.0.
